The first trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s next movie came out today. This is his first movie since 2009’s “Inglourious Basterds” and from the description and the trailer it seems to share some of the same themes of violence, rejection of social structures and revenge. When I first heard about the plot of “Inglourious Basterds” it sounded like revenge porn. I would be concerned about this movie as well if I.B. hadn’t ended up being one of the best movies I have ever seen.
The movie comes out this Christmas and stars Jamie Foxx, Christopher Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson and Don Johnson.
